"The location and service team were both amazing. Although there was a small issue with the bathroom on the last day of our stay, the team responded promptly and provided great assistance, which made us feel both comfortable and happy during our stay."

"The property had more than enough space for 7 of us and is exactly like the photos. It was modern and clean in the most perfect location which was really easily located with many taxis available and walking distance to everything. The fact that there were multiple codes to get into the property made you feel safe and secure. The team at HighStay were amazing and responded extremely quickly to any queries we had, including when we turned up at the property (just note that it’s all done on access codes and you can’t get into the property until right on 3pm!). The cleaning service was great and meant we did not need to worry about bin bags etc. It had everything we needed and I have to add that the wine/champagne glasses provided at the property were amazing. All in all would definitely recommend this property."

"I stayed at HIGHSTAY Champs-Elysées from 5–8 April 2025 and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully designed, modern, and spotless. Everything looked exactly like the photos – spacious living area, stylish decor, and a very comfortable bed. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the Champs-Elysées and easy access to public transport. Despite being in a central area, the apartment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day out in Paris. The staff was helpful and responsive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Paris. I’d definitely love to come back Thank you."

"However, there were a few things that could be improved. The bathroom sink faucet was leaking, and there was no kitchen hood or ventilation, which made it difficult to cook without the smell lingering. There was also no drying rack for clothes, which would have been very useful. Additionally, for the size and style of the apartment, it would be even better if there were an extra bathroom — especially for groups or families staying together. Overall, it was still a great experience, and with a few improvements, it would be perfect. I would definitely consider staying again."

"there is a fair bit of noise (rumbling) from the underground which runs under the property. maybe this is something that is common to a lot of properties in the area but it is worth knowing. doesn't keep you awake, but it is there."
